Colombian coffee plantation terraces with red cherries at dawn in the Andean coffee region

CSC Origins · London — Colombia

We Curate Origin.

A contemporary origin house presenting Colombia's coffee regions — from Huila and Tolima to the Sierra Nevada.

Who we are

Born among Colombia's coffee-growing mountains, we grew up surrounded by producers, farms and generations of tradition. Our understanding of coffee begins at origin — and every selection we make is chosen for its ability to represent a place, a community and a moment in time.

A mosaic of origins

Colombia, region by region.

We curate coffees from across the country — each region a distinct climate, altitude and culture. Sierra Nevada is one chapter among many.

Origin comes before product.

Our practice

An origin house, not a coffee company.

I

Knowledge from origin

Years spent alongside producers, visiting farms, observing harvests — understanding how altitude, biodiversity, climate and processing shape flavour.

II

Curation, not import

Every coffee is selected for its sensory quality and its ability to represent a place, a community and a moment in time.

III

Reciprocity

Relationships rooted in dignity. With Arhuaco communities of the Sierra Nevada, coffee is pagamento — a sacred offering returned to the land.

Featured chapter

One region, one story. Repeated across Colombia.

In the Sierra Nevada, traditional Typica is grown by more than fifty Arhuaco families as an act of reciprocity with the land. In Huila, Tolima, Cauca and the Eje Cafetero, other families and varieties write their own. Each coffee we curate is a place speaking for itself.
